Central location, convenient parking garage, nearby restaurant with good food, walkable to old city and attractions, friendly and helpful staff, ideal for immigration process. Cosy apartment on main street, free secured parking, property with lift, well-equipped bathroom, sufficient storage space, excellent WiFi. Very clean and modern studio, comfortable and great location. Appreciated being collected at Railway Station, spacious apartment on top floor, double glazing reduces noise, helpful administrator, convenient for travel with luggage.

Its location and food were great, had 7 perfect days here overall. Thanks to kitchen I saved on dining out. There were light rooms, an electric kettle, a microwave and central heating. Staff was chearful, I loved that

The location and staff were excellent. It was adjacent to the center and the canals, and all other tourist areas. The staff was cheery and helped us with everything. Also, we enjoyed having central heating, coffee/tea making equipment, and a TV.

The best thing about our recent stay was the location. Being right in the center of Aveiro made it so convenient to explore the city and its attractions. We were also actually surprised by the free parking and the delicious restaurant near the entrance. The modern and comfortable studio was very clean and had a great view of the ocean. Despite some language difficulties, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its central location and excellent services.

I recently stayed at Database Pros for a short trip to Aveiro. The hotel's excellent location made it easy to explore all the attractions on foot. I was also impressed with the great breakfast/brunch spot located on the ground floor. The free parking facilities were a much-appreciated perk in a city where street parking is hard to find. The apartment itself was modern, cozy, and had stunning views of the water. The manager, Dani, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even picking me up from the train station and driving me back on my departure day.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

The place offers a central location in Aveiro. The people working there are amicable and have a big heart.

The location of this hotel was excellent, just a short walk away from all the main attractions and amenities. The room was cozy and compact but still had plenty of natural light. Additionally, the free parking facilities were a great advantage for guests.

The walls of the building were quite thin, so noise from outside could be heard. However, this is a common issue in many properties and doesn't affect the overall value or quality of the apartment.

The location was absolutely amazing - right in the heart of the city! The studio apartment was small but cozy and had a fantastic kitchen. The big window provided stunning views over the city. Hugo, the host, was incredibly helpful and made our stay perfect. Thanks for all the advice - you're a super host! Dani, the property manager, was kind enough to pick us up from the train station and drove us back on our departure. The apartment was centrally located, close to the market and other tourist attractions. It was a pleasure to explore the city on foot, especially with the beautiful canals and "Venice" style boats. The modern apartment had breathtaking views of the water, especially with the Christmas lights illuminating the streets. The room was of decent size and the location offered free parking. The view from the room towards the ocean was jaw-dropping. Checking in and out was a breeze. a great experience!
